
How can I get a quote?
To receive a quote, please fill out the form with the required information by following the link below, or reach out to us on our social media for any inquiries.
Once we have all the details of your order, we will send you a quote within three business days or sooner.


How can I place an order?
1. Submit a "Quote Request".
2. Approve the quote to receive an invoice.
3. Make a non-refundable down payment of 50% by the due date.




How can I make payments?
To place an order, a down payment of 50% is required and must be made within 3 days of issued the invoice.
To receive your order, please pay the remaining balance 48 hours before pick-up or delivery. For safety reasons, we do not accept electronic payments on the same day as pick-up or delivery.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other orders or dates due to cancellations or date exchanges.
We consider an order to be a rush order if it is placed 8 days before the event date. If the date is available, a rush fee will apply.
We will include the payment method in your invoice.

What is the usual time required to place an order?
We recommend placing your order for custom cakes or sweet treats 2-4 weeks in advance and at least 1-2 months ahead for wedding cakes or cakes to feed a large number of guests but, consider more time during holiday such as Valentine's Day, Easter, or Christmas, as demand tends to increase.
Reserve on time to ensure availability, Some dates may become fully booked quickly and without notice.


Do you offer delivery services?
We offer delivery in the Houston area with an extra fee. Please include your address in the quote request.




where can I pick up my order?
We are located in Pasadena, TX and, the address will be on your invoice so you'll be able to plan your pickup time ahead of time!




What time can I pick up my order?
The pick-up time must be confirmed 7 calendar days before the event.


How can I pick up my order?
We will provide our recommendations for Cake Care along with the pick-up instructions in your invoice.




Do you have a storefront?
Not at the moment! We are only accepting pre-orders at this time.




What happens if I don't like the fondant taste?
Some designs require fondant, but if you're not a fondant lover, don't worry. We always use buttercream under the fondant to enrich the flavor and retain moisture in your cake. Our fondant is made from scratch, but if the design allows, we can use buttercream or whipped cream for the frosting and reserve fondant just for decorations. Really awesome looks may be achieved with our frostings without sacrificing the taste.


Do you offer tastings?
For weddings or large events (100+ servings), we offer tasting sessions for an additional fee per person.





Do you receive rush orders?
Yes, we take rush orders! If you're booking within 8 days of your event, a rush fee will apply (subject to availability). We’ll do our best to make it happen. Just send us a message!
