• If you cancel you order or change the date of your event, the PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND NOT TRANSFERABLE to other orders or dates.

• Paying an expired invoice may result in THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER.

• Failure to pay the complete down payments within 3 days of the invoice being sent, may result in THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER, loss of your spot on your desired date, and may increase prices.

• Failure to pay the remaining balance leads to the forfeiture of your order without a refund because your invoice must be fully paid on the due date to receive your order.

• Failure to pick up orders at the agreed time and day leads to the forfeiture of your order without a refund.

• Filling out our "Quote Request" form does not constitute a placed order.

• There is no mutual commitment until a down payment has been received properly, therefore, the availability of the dates and prices may change suddenly, without notice. Place your order on time to avoid disappointment.
