Before picking up an order, read these recommendations!

HOW TO CARRY YOUR ORDER?

Grab the cake/dessert box from

the bottom (not sides).

Place it on a flat surface (or car floor)

with max AC.

Drive carefully (avoid sudden stops, sharp

turns, or bumpy roads). Drive smoothly and

anticipate traffic.

Customer is responsible for

damages or drops once the order is

picked up/delivered.

HOW TO KEEP YOUR ORDER?

Keep your cake/desserts in the fridge,

especially those with

frosting like buttercream, cream cheese

Frosting, or whipped cream should be

refrigerated until about 1-2

hours before serving.

Keep them away from direct sunlight,

moisture, or heat.

This helps maintain the structure and

freshness.

HOW TO SERVE YOUR CAKE?

Take the cake out 1-2 hours before serving.

This allows the frosting and cake layers to

soften slightly.

Use a sturdy base (at least an inch wider

than the cakeboard.

Remember to remove all non-edible

decorations & internal supports

(like dowels or plastic rods), carefully

before slicing & serving to prevent

anyone from getting hurt.

This cake may contain internal supports like

straws or wooden dowels &/or some

non-edible decorations.
